Prior to return, you must contact Sink Doctor at (440) 342-4753 to acquire a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. The sink must be returned to Sink Doctor in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
