Return Policy

Sink Doctor will accept returns of unwanted, unused, undamaged sinks within 30 days of delivery, with prior authorization.

What to know before you send a sink back

Prior to return, you must contact Sink Doctor at 440-342-4753 to acquire a Return Authorization number.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Please inspect your pickup or delivery order at the time it is received. Any damage must be reported to Sink Doctor within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.

The sink must be returned to Sink Doctor in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included.

Special-order items and sinks that have been cut, drilled or otherwise modified cannot be returned.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued.

All returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping charges.
